new york, new york

All those shoes that you esteemed as too unsensible to purchase; all those repressed emotions; all those unexpressed artistic ambitions; all those cultural roots that have somehow faded; all those architectural details that even an accountant can enjoy; all those hotdogs, bagels, pizzas, warm nuts, etc. of the citified masses; I found them!

"Give me your poor, your tired...." Perhaps she wasn't speaking of CPAs just done with busy season?!

Times Square...if you're looking for sensory delight, come here!

"My" network was everywhere!!

So were the men Giuliani put on the streets!

Curious golf driving range and the cutest tugboat ever!

City-wide nightly occurance...promotes efficiency, yes?

Musical on Broadway...lovely story line! Oh...singers spit A LOT when they sing!

View from Brooklyn at night - from a moving bus (pardon the blur)!

When adventuring alone, one figures out curious ways to obtain photos!

No matter how obnoxious the media coverage was, Ground Zero was still a moving visit.

Art project on the side of a building...can you figure out the pattern? I had when I took the picture, yet it escapes me now. Hint: it has to do with time and has to be read forwards and backwards. I snapped this picture late the evening of 4/20.

Central Park...it felt like I walked all 463 acres, yet still a person was always in sight.

Wall Street...seemingly lackluster!

Harlem...my only picture, though this is perhaps the opposite of what I remember it for. Color. Southern cooking. Noise. A plethora of churches. And my own whiteness (smile)!

Ah...'twas a fine adventure!
